Spacing with arithmetic symbols

算術記号について

◎ Arithmetic symbols are also used to show the sign or value of a number when it is not used in an equation. In such a case, a space should not be inserted between the symbol and the numeral.

Wrong: The value reached - 5. It was previously > 10.
Right: The value reached -5. It was previously >10.
